"A great family hotel choice. The property is aging, but it's kept clean and in good condition. Security is professional and clean cut. Hotel staff are all great and accommodating. We had a maintenance issue at 9pm and maintenance had the issue resolved by 9:30pm. Breakfast buffet was great and varied. Gym was sufficient for workouts."

They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response."
