"Hotel service is great. Edcel and Mericel in the lounge were great. The hotel is going through renovations currently so it is a little noisy during the day if you really listen. Over rooms are normal size and cleaned impeccably "

"The minuet we walked in the door , the security guards were pleasant and so were the reception staff were brilliant. the reception area was nice and clean and there where lots of seating. going to the room in the lift very clean, thew room was nice and well made up. Going for breakfast everyday was a pleasure made all the more enjoyable by the friendly staff, we really enjoyed our self and would recoment to anybody to stay there. "

"I will never stay anywhere else in Manila. The hotel and service are impeccable. They anticipated and met our every need. I had a stomach problem when checking in and they sent a nurse to my room and a concierge to get electrolytes from a convenience store. We stayed at the beginning and end of our Philippines trip and they remembered my son and I, and greeted us so warmly. It feels so welcoming and supportive in their care. "
