"When I arrived at the property the staff immediately recognized me and got us checked in, the process was smooth and informative to what was available to us as guest which included everything on the property, grills and griddle for cooking, numerous sitting areas with stocked fire pits even along side the creek, they were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We absolutely loved this place!"

"Absolutely spotless! Looks to have been renovated in the last couple of years (2-3, most hotels dont renovate every decade...) The owner & housekeeper were absolutely the most pleasant & helpful we have come across. We have already made reservations for next month. Pop's Restaurant (the best w the best service in all of Maggie Valley) is right next door & the fairgrounds are right across the street."
