"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"The house is beautiful, management team extremely friendly and helpful. When visiting New York and looking for a great place to stay in Westfield, NJ is an easy commute to N.Y. City. Train station in Westfield connects to the path trains to 33rd street or the World Trade Center. We commuted on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day exploring the City. "

"Upstairs apartment in an older detached house. High ceilings and big rooms lots of character with wooden floors and sash windows. There was everything we needed amd more, lots of thoughtful additions. Toothpaste and brushes, toiletries, slippers, ear plugs and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms with extra blanket and pillows. Great bathroom and we loved the shower. Area was very quiet. Shops for basics a few minutes walk then 5 to 10 minute walk...

"Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have"

"Perfect for our family trip to NYC. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, plenty of coffee and supplies. Hosts were very helpful with instructions and suggestions on what to do. Nice to have a parking spot right outside front door! "

"The house sits high up on the hill with a big deck overlooking the lake. Viewing the lake with coffee in AM, watching the lake activity during day and seeing the moon and lights across the water with a glass of wine at night was lovely. The lake in front of the house is a no wake zone which affords a calmer setting which was really nice. The owner lives in the area and was quickly attentive to answer questions and resolve any small issues that came up. Highly recommend this home."

"This isnsuch a gem and I will be coming back. Curtis is so nice and he really cares about his guests. Neighbors are nice and quiet and the vibe is very homey. There is a lot to do right in hersey city- i work in manhattan sometimes and i took uber several tjme sand other times i took lightrarail and path"

"The NYC loft style apartment was the best location I have stayed in Jersey and the location is perfect for traveling to Manhattan. I absolutely loved the open spacious rooms and the high ceilings.
