The hotel is in need of an update. Our room was ok, comfortable but In our bathroom, the toilet was flushing all the time. The whole hotel is a little run down. That being said, the staff makes up for it; they are very friendly, from the reception to the restaurant and and to the breakfast area.

This is a dated hotel. However it was clean and convenient if you are looking for a room near the airport. Vanessa at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I would stay again if I fly out of the Newark Airport. The food looked really good as well

The hotel was a great deal, no question. I rated Transport five starts only because the hotel does what they can to make the outrageous airport tranportation mess as least painful as possible. EWR is a transportation nightmare. From Terminal A, I had to take a shuttle bus to get to the Terminal A monorail station. From there, I had to get to P4 to get to the hotel shuttle stop, and then I had to still wait for the hotel shuttle and then shuttle to the hotel which was just a few hundred yards from Terminal A where I had been in the first place. There is no way to walk from any of the Terminals to this superclose hotel, so I had one hour of public transportation that could have been done in a 5 minute walk if the airport had provided for some walkways. Can someone please tear down EWR and build an entirely new, pedestrian friendly, airport?

The water went cold after 3 minutesThere was a loud banging every 3 to 15 minutes from what sounded like outside the window. Imagine someone pounding with their fist at random intervals. Little to no sleep, 11th floor for reference
