"Clean and excellent place "

"The property is beautiful, the hotel is very luxurious and the rooms as very spacious, we were a party of four. I thought the checking in was a bit cold, as if just another guest. The hotel had many dining options, but the prices were high, especially with the breakfast buffet. The food was great, the coffee shop near the aquarium was great. It is a very beautiful property. Loved the pool area and beach."

"I’ll preface this review by saying that I’ve stayed at some of the best resorts / hotels in the world. Jumeirah al Qasr is special. The hotel is part of a larger resort / mini city called Madinat Jumeirah which , though massive, is easily accessible through free golf cart buggies and incredible Venice-esque gondolas. The grounds are meticulously maintained; the architecture and design of the hotel has aged well due to avoiding trends and focusing on the culture of the region. My wife and I unfortunately were only able to stay for four days but we will certainly be back (hopefully for a week) with our two children who we can’t wait to explore the resort with. The service is almost over-the-top if not for the genuine nature of everyone we encountered. We missed this resort the moment we had to leave."

"Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places. "
