"We have stayed at the recently renamed Jackson Hotel several times we're always impressed by the fact that it is clean clean there's plenty of pillows lots of towels and the staff is always extra friendly and helpful and did I mention that the rates are outstanding"

It seems very empty and can't seat what it can sleep. There were toiletries and towels which was nice. The house could be a great VRBO and has potential, but needs to be cleaned up, dusted, spider webs, and the yard needs a clean up-lots of trash and leaves.
