"We wouldn't have any hesitation to recommend this property. It is a unique, spacious, comfortable well equipped accommodation with a great outdoor space. Quiet location. There's a very pleasant 30 minute walk into town along the river. No significant problems, but curtains in the bedrooms (small windows) would have been appreciated. We couldn't find any coat hangers!"

"We only had one night at Lake Tekapo (breaking up a long journey) but could easily have spent longer.The place was quiet and just a short walk to town. The sky was incredible - even our 12 year old became fascinated with looking up and using an app to identify the planets and constellations.We were there in summer and the lake was refreshing.The hot tub was wonderful and bigger than average.Having a manager on-site was a bonus if we had questions."

"We (2 parents, 2 grandparents and a toddler) had a great time at this place. There is a playground nearby. The bakery on the town square is nice. The house was larger than we expected with huge garden (including a games cottage which included a ping pong table). The host was very responsive and helpful. Checkin was easy. And by car it was easy to reach nearby locations, such as lake Tekapo."

"Spacious place to spread out in on the inevitable odd rainy day in this fantastic location! Comfortable and modern throughout, stylish living area, excellent couples shower in one bathroom, big bathtub in the other - great water pressure, generous space for clothing, one bedroom has a huge walk-in wardrobe, and there's a handy computer desk nook. Easy parking, great views all around that make it easy to assess the weather and plan your activities (more accurate than the weather forecasts). We...

"Pretty much what it said on the box! Floors a bit creaky, but that's a minor niggle. All the eqipment one needs in the kitchen.....except an oven glove, but maybe it was hiding.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return."
