"Mikayla & Daniel were perfect hosts! They allows an early check-in and were quickly responsive to any questions we had! The log cabin is accurately shown and is "just like new" on the inside. The kitchen & pantry were well stocked with the hosts telling us to use what we needed. The fireplace was easy to light & the main room gives stunning views of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable. With only a few streetlight the stars were AMAZING on clear nights! We enjoyed hikes at Temple View Track and the trip to Aoraki was about 90 75 minutes... would definitely stay here again! "

"Clean, comfy cabins. Good location - close to wanaka and on the edge of Lake Hawae which was lovely. Just a note, you need to rent any kitchen equipment here which is fine but something to keep in mind when planning. "

"We love Lake Ohāu and always head back often, usually staying at the lodge, but this time we stayed at Grants place, and it did not disappoint!! A beautiful home with incredible lake and mountain views, comfy rooms, with everything you need and more. A new spa had been put in just before our arrival, although we did not get to test it out. Very roomy, large kitchen, toys, books, ping pong, bikes, its all there! A great place for any time of the year! Thank you so much for having us!! "
