"Room was clean, the check-in was smooth, and it’s just a few minutes walk away from Terminal 3 Haneda airport, perfect for early flight! The spa was nice with natural Onsen, the spa ticket can be use multiple time until check out time, what a treat after all the walking and shopping, wish I had more time enjoying it indeed!"

Room is a bit cramped for handling luggage and I swear that the floor, especially in the bathroom, seems to move, though that may be a Japan 'flexible foundations for earthquake management' thing.
