"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"Thanks for the stay"

"We loved the place. It was nice and comfy and we give it high rate, but that said, no-one told us about the train tracks about 30 yards away behind a grove of trees across a drainage ditch. It was a surprise at 4:30 am but once we realized it was there, it didn't bother us. even the kids slept through its passage. Don't let that scare you off, the train only comes thru 2-3 times a day. The property is well worth the train."
