"I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication. "

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"This was a great property, located in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the downtown/river front to reach in 15 minutes. House was clean and had all the amenities. We would definitely come back!"

"Really, really nice! Quite surprised at the spaciousness, the general accommodations, the amenities (soaps, shampoos, grill w/ full propane, pool toys, kitchenware, cooking supplies)! Very clever door lock system and password control. Cleanliness and orderliness were well above expectations!"

"First of all, the hosts are great owners. They were extremely responsive both before and during our stay. The area this VRBO is in is excellent. You have 2 restaurants and a corner store about a half a block away. Another great deli (Pine Grove) around 4 blocks away, and then you have 4 different what I would call entertainment and eatery districts within about 1 mile. And no chain eateries (though you could drive from 3-10 minutes to find any and all of those).The ADU is pretty centrally...

In these weeks, it really felt like home to us. The premises were spot-on clean, the living room inviting and cozy, and the beds very comfortable. Tim, our host, was attentive, responded quickly to a few things we needed, and welcomed suggestions. I highly recommend this property for a short or long term stay. "

"A bio hazard of a bed with unreasonable property owners. The bed had been urinated on in the past. To cover the smell the owners used large air fresheners. I did not smell it until after sleeping a few hrs. By that time it was 0400. By this time it was too late. The owners were not responding to my messages. "
