He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). Above all, he was incredibly attentive and generous!...

"Such a beautiful, well located home filled with character. My family stayed here for New Year’s and being within walking distance of the entire downtown was amazing. Each morning we walked somewhere new to get coffee and then headed down to the beach. It was heaven. There was a slight glitch in the listing, but it turns out that it was VRBO‘s fault and it has since been corrected.. The host was fantastic at managing this and helping us work through the glitch. I 10 out of 10 would stay here...

"Mt two children and I enjoyed our stay at John Paul’s place. This is a new renovation, so everything is very clean and new. Lake Serene was very pleasant and the host provides a kayak for two, standup paddleboards and two pedal boats. My children really enjoyed paddling around the lake and it made them sleep very well. "Home is well decorated and is fully upgraded. Nice kitchen and nice rooms. Nice showers. Can use some cleaning of the walls to keep the home looking nice. Easy access to food and stores. The exterior rooms tend to hear a lot of street noise. Great place to stay with family. "
