"The apartment is actually larger than it looks in the photos, although the configuration is a bit unusual. The bed - super comfy. There is a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The decor is really cool, with some great looking art. The garden is lovely. The neighborhood couldn't be more convenient - light rail station is 5 min away and the market is really good, as is the local brewery. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the front garden. "Downstairs shower doesn't work, handle pulls off. Upstairs shower is mist only.It would be nice to have a recycle bin inside home.The home and location work great.Thanks."

"We had a hiccup at first, with our original location being unavailable at the last minute due to weather damage. Vacasa found us a new place to stay immediately. What they didn’t tell us (because they probably didn’t know) was that the power was out. The home owner was there, fortunately!) and got us settled, built a fire and made sure we were comfortable. Power came on about 24 hours later and we were able to finish our trip. "

"My family and I had a great stay at the cozy home. There was more than enough space for all of us and a wonderful view. The host was great at communication regarding our questions and concerns. Overall a great place and I would be happy to stay again."

"We really enjoyed staying here while in Seattle. The house was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the nice Phinney Ridge neighborhood and looking at all the craftsman style and brick houses. We also enjoyed walking around Green Lake park, which is only about a block away. Plenty of on street parking. "First off, when I saw the property listing I was interested. But when I read all the reviews and each one was a 10, I thought impossible. Well here’s my 10 rating. The home was warm and comfortable. Everything we needed (and more) was there. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and our two dogs. The neighborhood was a dream. Quiet and walkable with some pretty fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. I could go on, but I would love to keep this gem to myself....

"We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again. "

And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino.
