"It was a nice apartment, good with two bathrooms. It is a bit to walk to the city centre, it took us around 20 minutes. We missed to see that we had to check in at the hotel reception when we arrived to the apartment so we had to walk for around 15 minutes to get to the hotel reception at the check in, but the staff was really helpful and payed for our taxi to the way back to the apartment. "A very nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely and there is a lot of choice. We would definitely be staying there again when back in Florence!"

"The bed was comfortable although the pillows were flat and hard. Decent sized room with ensuite. Only one window shutter worked properly. There was an adjoining room door that was held closed by a fixed desk. You could hear the people next door showering. We were 2 females travelling alone so were a little uneasy about this.
