"The hotel was chosen for its covenient location close to the tram stop and the main city area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room clean. Air conditioning worked well. Close to a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions."

"The location was excellent you can walk to all major sites. The rooms were comfortable and staff very helpful. If you have problems climbing stairs this is not the place for you. I had no issues with the stairs but I know some people might. "

"Good Hotel, right next to the main Train Station and tram that takes you directly from the airport to the train station visa versa. Hotel was a bit hard to find from the front but on the building you will see a plaque saying hotel Brooklyn, just climb those stairs and through the double door, it will be on the 2nd floor (elevator or climbing for faster). Room was good with fridge however, the bathroom needs some renovations and plus the lo-flo toilets are no go for tourists/hotel guest. "

The building is an old convent/monastery and the rooms have all been modernised with very colourful furniture and decorated in a very unique way! The room and bathroom were quite large and they were very clean and well maintained. There is a nearby terrace on the first floor next to the rooms where you can see Florence in the distance and also the gardens, patio and olive garden that surround the hotel. "This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7. They also had vending machines. For the price of these rooms, the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were decent...
