"Went through Expedia. Bf and I live 3 hrs away and spend a night in the falls when we visit. Reserved king bed w/ Jacuzzi for $49. "Woke up at 3 am. To bites about 5 on me. 3 on the mrs. We called 2 numbers several times at 345am.emergency numbers on front door for office as no one was there.. No response. Proceeded to call 2x since. Both times they took name and number still havent got response back. Its now been 5 days withlut any akcnowldgment. Pretty upset. Please do not visit this hotel..
