"Stayed for a long weekend with my son for the NHRA in Gainesville. We’re FL locals but this was a great change of pace from the city. Not far from I75 to get you to and from places but far enough away at the same time. The Bunk House is by itself away from the main houses on the property so it was very private. It’s an old converted place but upon entering, you get the whole vibe in a VERY clean and well decorated quaint place. Smells nice, and the character was charming. Don’t hesitate to book...

"I was so impressed with this cute house! It was all labeled so you knew where everything was. They also provided plenty of clean towels so you didn’t have to do anything as every day. My daughter got engaged at the state park on St. Patrick day! This house was so close by for all of us! The beds were very comfortable and they had plenty of extra blankets . We will definitely save this house for our next trip! Thank you Bill "

"Was a fabulous time(except for rain) but we made the best of it and took advantage of staying in a beautiful and comfortable home. Was just our style! Can’t wait to come again!"

"Stayed while visting family over labor day weekend. If you have lifted trucks tree limbs do hang a bit low. Other than that nice and clean place. Super close to springs and overall a great weekend."

"House was super clean and well-equipped. Some recent upgrades and conversions. It is an older house and the neigborhood is a bit run-down, but it was perfect for what we were looking for - a place close to friends for out-of-town Christmas dinner. "

"Super cute and cosy cabin that had everything we needed! The best part about this spot is that we had an access key to the local three river estate spot that you can launch your tube, canoe etc and float down the river. We were unaware that the itchnucketee springs state park was closed due to hurricane clean up so it was l great access to have that key to be able to have access to the river. The host live on property and were super friendly and helpful ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you !...

"House was perfect for our quick trip down to visit and head to Gainsville for some U of F games!!! Quick, easy drive to the University and close to stores and the highway. Check-in process wasn't perfect but we were able to figure it out after a couple phone calls. Other than that, great house, great location, and helpful hosts. :) Thanks!"
