"We loved staying at the Tipsy Turtle. The Ichetucknee river is one of our favorite places to visit. We did multiple float, snorkel, & kayak/SUP trips all from the Tipsy Turtle dock or the TREPO parks. We'll definitely be coming back."

"Property as described. Enjoyed the animals. Nearby state parks for hiking.Weather was unseasonably cold when I was there, and the hosts were concerned that I had enough heat.Also, I let Chelsea know that I was in the area so she texted me that I would be able to do an early check in. I appreciated this because I was just killing a little time."

"The hosts were very patient with us as we had to reschedule twice due to the hurricanes. It was worth the wait. The property is beautiful, and the area is so quiet. It was a great base for us to hike and kayak in the area. "

"Enjoyed a day on the river, cooking on the gas grill. And had a couple of very nice fires in there fire pit."

"Owner asked us to switch to the Farmhouse (there are two tiny houses next to each other on the property. The house was perfect for our family of 5 for one night with a double bed, double air mattress and futon. Electric heater kept the house warm through the cold night. Not a lot of space inside, but plenty of room to sleep and get cleaned up, which is all we needed, and plenty of space to move around outside. "

"This was a perfect location for our family and friends. The fire pit by the river was our favorite place to be and the home was comfortable and well appointed. The kids really enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the river. We definitely will return. We have an amazing time! The only thing that we would love to see improved is the barbecue grill. It was very Rusty and we're not able to get it clean enough to use it which was unfortunate. Fortunately we had our own small portable grill that we used."

"We wanted a nice quiet getaway out in nature and this place was absolutely perfect. I hate to giveaway a hidden gem like this but its one of the best rental locations that we've stayed at. Remote in the middle of the woods with beautiful scenery! I dont leave many reviews of our rentals, but this one earned it! "
