"This was our first time in Tahoe and we absolutely loved the area and this hotel. We did splurge on a room with a balcony but could have probably skipped that expense, it was a little underwhelming. The snow was melting so it was just dripping and it wasn’t very comfortable to be sitting in that area. "This was a family vacation trip March 6-9 2025. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were all dirty when we checked in. I actually had to dust the room and restroom we were staying in before we unpacked. I asked for housekeeping the next morning but all they did was make the bed, no vacuuming no throwing out the trash literally just made the bed.
