"All was well. Except for two things For an hotel of this class there should be USB ports to charge phones and ipads in the room. There weren’t and it wasn’t easy to recharge. The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea. Maybe think about more training? But except for this, all was fine"

"the place is fantastic from the moment we arrived the staff was very helpfull with information greating very friendly willing to give as much information about the area and around Normandy the city of Caen is perfectly located to Nomandy 30 mnts drive Mnt st Michelle is a little father about 1hour but is easy to get there also many places and other cities close by Bauyex Henfleur Etretat place we recomend visiting from this hotel and the staff are fantastic cant wait to go back many other...

"The Chateau is a beatiful place to stay 5 Stars all the way. The gardens are beautiful offering a serene vistas which ever way you look. It is convenient to Juno Beach Center and to the City Center. The breakfast buffet was well done as was the evening meal. "
