"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Lion d'Or. Excellent location for visiting the DDay memorials ,and seeing the sights in Bayeux. Great restaurants and shopping within a short walk. In the evening after our excursions, it was so nice to come back to the hotel where there was a warm fire in the bar and comfortable seating to relax a bit. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious every morning. It included many options and everything...

"The location of this hotel is perfect. The people are fabulous and friendly. We did not use any of the spa services so we can't speak to that, but the location is ideal and walkable to everything. Easy trips from here to the Normandy beaches / area. We would stay here again time and again when visiting Bayeux...this was about as close to perfect as one can hope."
