Short break in Trouville
Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!!

Although near the beach, the hotel is not on the beach, as it appears in the photos. Rooms are renovated but very simple, smelly toilet area and shower-head that sprayed on the ceiling. Not a bad stay, but definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at best. Not worth the price, unfortunately.

Le wifi qui pourrait être amélioré en le rendant plus puissant. Un petit soucis, je suis sorti fumer à 6h30 le matin et je me suis retrouvé bloqué à l'extérieur car on ne m'avait pas donner le code de la porte (qui est censé se trouvé sur la clé de la chambre mais cela n'était pas le cas). Heureusement, j'avais mon téléphone sinon j'étais bloqué dehors sous la pluie.

Gros manque de propreté , les sanitaires n'avaient pas été faits pour la simple et bonne raison que la chasse d'eau du précédent usage n'avait pas été tiré. La gouvernante a voulu nous faire croire que quelqu'un se serait introduit dans la chambre après le service de nettoyage, cependant il y avait d'autres traces douteuses sur la porte des sanitaires qui laissaient penser encore une fois que le nettoyage n'avait pas été fait. Un doute également sur le changement des housses de lits qui semblaient sales avec des cheveux et poils. C'est à la suite de cette seconde remarque qu'on nous a proposé de changer de chambre .Cette seconde chambre était propre cette fois ici heureusement.

Hôtel confortable, idéal pour une famille.
Un personnel réactif et souriant. La chambre n'était pas prête a notre arrivée (incident de propreté - chambre non nettoyée à 19h) mais l'incident a été signalé et le personne est intervenu dans les 15 minutes... Le temps de profiter de la piscine ( idéal bord de mer et très belle verrière ) et la chambre était prête. Incident réparée faute pardonnée. Le personnel doit être mieux formé, procédure d'hygiène plus stricte..il manque une gouvernante dans cet établissement. Les clients manquaient d'éducation et de politesse, ce qui rend l'exercice difficile pour le personnel.l'emplacement est idéal. Literie confortable. Calme de la chambre, bonne isolation, vue agréable.
