"It was a big apartment, king bed, full kitchen which we didn't use. But the living was not comfortable, couch was too small and we had to put our feet on the table to stretch out to watch TV. Really didn't like all the stairs to get to our room. I did like the barista in Cafe Duro. We had a nice chat and I enjoyed her coffee."

"The property itself is very beautiful. The renovations and decor maintain character of the home while feeling fresh and new. We had 11 total guests stay which maxed out the capacity of the beds. We were pleasantly surprised that the pull-out twin bed in one of the rooms actually was removable and could stand up on it's own, giving each person their own separate bed. There were also plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked for what we needed, as well as plenty of toilet paper and towels...

"We love this neighborhood. Unfortunately our stay was not the best but I am sure the property manager will work on the issues we had as this is a new VRBO. No hot water and the heater was not very good on a cold December night. The booking with our pet was not very smooth either. All in all it is a clean little back house in a good neighborhood."
