"The home is just as it appears in the photos....very charming and entertaining with seasonal decorations. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the gas firepit outside after touring the town. We will return during this season as the decorations for walking tours and historical site visits were amazing. Great location."

"Such a cute little like bungalow. It was settled in the older part of Louisville. The location was perfect for us getting back-and-forth to the expo Center. It was also convenient location for making it to Churchill Downs. Everything we needed was there. It made for a great weekend without worry of where we are staying. It did have on street parking. The only things I would say needed would be coffee mugs. lol Pens we could write in the welcome 📖 I felt bad because none of us had a pin on...

"You wouldn’t know this bungalow is just a block from anything you would need in the way of groceries, shopping, restaurants. Very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is, other than a great assortment of pots, pans, skillets, and knives, there was nothing else to cook with. No mixing/serving bowls, no bakeware, very little flatware. I was constantly washing dishes (we ate all our meals in). I had to buy a can opener which I left for the next guest. But we made do and really enjoyed our stay....

"Everything was well done. Host was very cooperative. We had a three year old and eighteen month with us and he let us check in two hours early. He answered all questions quickly. This is the place to stay."

"The house was amazing! We had a large group staying in the house and the layout was perfect! We were able to spread out and everyone had their own space! From the basement to the "penthouse"! The owner was very informative even down to the entrance and where to put the trash! Loved it!! "
