"There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. "

"This place was perfect for our little family. Me, my husband, and almost 1 year old stayed for a few nights while we were in town to race bikes. Dustin even provided us with a pack and play and high chair so we didn’t need to travel with our own. As others have said, the house lay is a little odd because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom and bathroom and kitchen, but it was fine for us. "

"Great place in a great location. Close to downtown. Plenty of coffee/bars/restaurants in the area. The home was clean, and check-in/arrival was very easy. Plenty of parking in front an in the alley behind. "
