"I was able to experience staying in a typical Victorian house. The owner made sure I had all I needed; he was prompt, cheerful, and polite. Groceries, fine dining, take-out, etc. are all nearby. I especially liked the charity shops where I was able to buy old books."

"A great guesthouse looked good as approached from the outside, tucked behind one of main roads so the bus stop is literally 2 mins away. I was greated by Alison who welcomed me in and made me feel at ease - thank you. The room was big and very clean, with tea/coffee. The decor was amazing too. The bed was so cozy and comfortable. "I arrived late and the host had taken steps to make sure that I wasn't locked out. The room I had was large and I could have had my own kitchen setup if I was staying longer. In the morning I was greated by friendly host and I was offered a free continental breakfast. "
