"An excellent property, indeed. Location, included terrific on site food, a nice pool, comfortable beds, and a cozy boutique style. Loved the “Loteria” ( a popular Mexican bingo game), theme, free early morning Yoga, and a VIP complementary bottle of fine wine. But, the real stand out for me was the fantastic staff, including Luis, Adrian, Enrique, and Betsy, who did EVERYTHING to ensure me and my partner’s safety. comfort, and enjoyment. If something needed improvement, the staff did EVERYTHING to make it right. In fact, we left a couple of belongings in our room. With one call, our things were located, and the front desk sprang into action to get our items directly back home to us. That’s the definition of service to the customer ! The surrounding area provided everything a curios traveler could want, including great food, fun shopping, a gorgeous ocean, and that laid back Sayulita ambiance we all could use more of. I know that with such a glowing Expedia hotel review, Casa Sayulita will draw many new travelers, and that’s just fine with me, because this hotel deserves a ton of compliments! As for myself, I look forward to the next time I come to beautiful Sayulita and especially the soulful and caring staff which makes Casa Loteria, by itself, such a special hotel destination. "This is an amazing place for a great price. The beach is a 2 minute walk around the corner, shops and restaurants are right out the door. The staff are really friendly, and I enjoyed getting to know them. The beds are comfy, and the small rooftop pool is lovely. I've stayed here 3 times now, and I will definitely come again! "

"Beautiful jungle resort. Lots of smaller warm pools that were quiet. Nice lazy river and 2 waterslides. Very comfortable beds! The main buffet was lacking options but still quality food. "
