"This property has amazing potential, beautiful beach, the resort grounds are very nice, washrooms etc are very clean. However, the pool is not heated so the swim up bar and pool have no one using it because the pool is very cold. One day the hot tub was too hot to get into, next day luke warm. The staff are hard to recognize as they just wear their street clothes and play with their phones so you have to chase them down to get service, they wont come asking you if want a drink etc. They dont...

We had an upstairs room on the far end and so hoped for a quiet night but no such luck: a popular spot for parking and BLASTING MUSIC right next door. Started before 5 and didn’t quit until 2:30am. Not the hotel’s fault but beware. "

"Beautiful historic hotel. Perfect location. Lots of charm. Rooftop pool and patio was great. Staff were all very nice and tried to accommodate. Breakfast was very simple as described, but it could have been a little more varied. Also, the check in process would have been smoother if there was more information available about the area, tours available and other helpful information. All in all, it was a lovely spot and I would recommend it highly. "

"We had suite and it was perfect. Close to everything so we walked everywhere. In a quiet area so we slept great. It was very clean and comfortable with the amenities you need. Since is a boutique hotel the service was above and beyond. They also help with making reservations to restaurants and tours. Would definitely stay here again next time I come back. "
