"Spacious and clean properly just a 5 minute walk from the Canada Water Station stop on the tube. We felt safe in the house and out in the neighborhood. Plenty of space for 4 senior gals, with 2 comfortable common areas to relax in, have the morning coffee and evening review of the days events. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book again, and I highly recommend this property!"

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. My 24 year old son was not comfortable most...

"We had a really nice stay! The apartment was comfortable and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the nearest subway station in five minutes. We had good communication with Murat and he was very flexible with our check-in needs. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"This property was wonderful for our family with teens/older kids. The houae is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We have plenty of cookware and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully modernized and opens to a nice garden. One note for those traveling dueinf summer, as with most London homes, there is no air conditioning. The property manager provided fans for each bedroom, which helped improve sleeping comfort. We would happily rent this home again!"

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "
