"I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. "Need a better system for assigning chairs around adult pool...also beach lounger experience needs to be upgraded to be more luxurious probably sun beds with shade...also first day adult pool too warm waterfall was offsecond day waterfall on but was ice cold soadult pool was a bit cool must do better at keeping pool 83 degrees as most luxury pools do...also pool side service at adult pool was slow"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in longboat key. Location was great, short walk to the beach. Access to Cedars East Tennis Club was wonderful, beautiful pool and fitness center! House was immaculate, very spacious. Walking distance to restaurants, convenient store. Needed a couple items from the host and he was extremely accommodating and very responsive. I highly recommend this property. "
