Great views, well appointed
We loved our stay! Studio well appointed and cute, balcony and views great! Right on the beach, we listened to the sounds of waves every night! Incredible sunset view from our unit and balcony. Quiet! Screen doors could use a replacement, but other than that it was perfect! One star down on the cleaning because the cleaner apparently didn’t clean behind the bathroom door. Everything else was very clean. We hope to be back.

Beautiful Beach
Can't say enough about how beautiful the beach and set up was! Loved it! It's small and quiet, no large crowds anywhere. Perfect set up for us as a couple looking to just relax and put our feet in the sand for a short vaca while combing a trip to the east coast to visit family. Our first time on Long Boat Key and really hope to come back!

The condo was nice and had a really good view. Especially sunset! It’s location is just a short drive to restaurants, shopping and jet ski rentals. The turtle bar cafe was good and the shore restaurant was amazing! Would love to go back again and try out some other activities and restaurants.

We loved the room and property. I know we live in Florida and the ants are everywhere. But there were ants in the bathroom and you couldnt leave anything out in the kitchen. Because the ants would be all over it. Other than that we loved the place!

Great view, mediocre unit, limited services and poor communication
Ants in unit, inadequate number umbrellas for beach, pool was small and filled with unsupervised children, no oversite from management, not told that I had to strip my own bed or process my own garbage until check out. At this price I don’t expect to be a maid. Won’t be back.

The red tide disaster
Well I must enter this and explain why would I rate everything top notch yet are time was not the most enjoyable but it had nothing to do with the property as “red tide “was absolutely horrible. we had an ocean front room and for the last five days of our stay we couldn’t go out on our balcony unless we were coughing which also kept us from going to the beach Locals told us it was the worst they had ever experienced. It was just luck of the draw but mother nature was very tough this time We certainly will go back to the property and hope for much better weather !

Only thing keeping this rental from a 10 was lack of umbrellas, and cooking items such as pots/pans/utensils. Just need more of them and variety of sizes. Besides that, we give it a10. Clean and neat. Perfect location with Armands Circle and Anna Maria close by. Pool is very nice and heated. Walk to beach is maybe 30 yards out your door. It would be nice if they had beach grooming but may not be available in areas. Loved it and making arrangements for return. 👍

We wanted to stay a couple of extra days in FL after we checked out of our week long house. This condo was exactly what we needed to finish our vacation. First, we called the day of check-in to see if we could get in early. The kind lady in the office said we could check-in at 1:00pm. PERFECT! The views of the Gulf are picturesque. The condo provides chairs, umbrellas, noodles and beach towels. The unit was extremely clean. The cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool is a nice added touch for the kids who were tired of being in the ocean. We would definitely stay in this condo again. FYI, the main bed was on the firmer side. The parking lot is small and only allotted one vehicle per unit. We only had one car, so it didn’t affect us. I did read there is a “sister lot” for additional vehicles as overflow.

The location is perfect! Beautiful beach! Beautiful sunsets! The condo itself could be cleaner; bathroom liner changed, new toilet seat are just a few cheap recommendations. The mattress NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED! Turtle Coffee is a close walk and delicious! You’ll need to eat early it late, really no in between unless you reserve dinner before your week stay.

Motel Quality at Luxury Prices
The beach and views from the room were great. That is the only good thing. We stayed two nights and paid over $400 per night. The property looks like a classic 1950s motel. The tiny pool is uninviting. Our room was cheaply furnished and very outdated. The ancient bathtub had a bad chip in the enamel, which was crudely repaired with a dab of Rustoleum. The tiny bathroom was otherwise unpleasant and barely usable--no counterspace, no hooks for towels. When the promised maid service was skipped, the manager explained the housekeeper had left for the day early in the afternoon, so sorry. When I asked if they could at least put clean towels in my room before I returned, the manager handed me towels and explained she couldn't put them in the room because she had no keys to the room. Manager has no keys?! What if a guest accidentally locked themself out of their room? If this property were a hotel (instead of a rental), it would be ranked one-star like some unbranded property.

great location
the location was perfect. my room was pretty clean but shower curtain a little moldy. It was kind of hard to see the property from the highway so I missed the turnoffs a few times, but it was a great location and I would definitely stay there again.
