"I had just Two issues. 1. Early Check In Option - They said we can check in early after 12 noon and couldn’t until 3pm making me late for my grandma birthday party. Me and my kids & Husband was driving on the road for 6 hours and just wanted to rest. 2. Parking- Turns out parking costed 12.50 for overnight IN THE SUBURBS. I guess we should of just stayed in the city ( we was trying to avoid having to worry about parking and still did) But for the most part the hotel is beautiful, smells good...

"I wanted to visit Chicago, Illinois with my family and booked a reservation at this hotel that was not too far from that city. It was an excellent experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, free breakfast, free parking and beautiful location. I will save thks hotel as favorite and will definitely use them again every time I visit Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The description of the property wasn't correct. There should have been a single bed with the king size bed,it wasn't. One bedroom the bed was broken and nothing was done. The driveway wasn't shovel and I fell I had to go to the Er. I reported this to Vbro. They did nothing. Closed my case without notifying me. I will never book through them again. Sorry to say my experience was horrible and nothing was done from the host or vbro."
