"Great and friendliest service ive ever had at a hotel. From all the valet men, front desk clerks, lobby attendant (Al?), housekeeper who rode with us in the elevator and thanked us for staying there and others along the way, it was so great. And a huge room with a balcony, it was awesome. Its now our goto place in Philadelphia. And price was samevor better than others in that great part of the city."

"I was pleasantly surprised, as some of the recent reviews on here described less than ideal cleanliness and other issues. My room, although somewhat small, compared to other hotels was clean and everything worked as it should (including plenty of hot water in the shower - the shower did leak some onto the bathroom floor even with the shower door closed for some reason). The view from my 10th floor window was of city hall which was cool! The Convention Center is 100 feet or so away, so super...
