"The staff was pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. The mattress is old and has not been turned, therefore there is a definite dip in the mattress where solo travelers tend to sleep. Turning the mattresses on a regularar basis would increase the comfort and lifespan. Maybe one floor a week could have the mattresses turned. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. "

"I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility."
