The castle is right across the street. the hotel is old, not a complaint just stating a reason why one lift was broken down. my room was very small and I had no USB plug in my room. However the employees let me plug USB at the bar. I would stay here again. thanks"

"Loved everything about it, BUT, why was there no place to put all our folded clothes???? A hanging closet with hangers did not work at all for my friend & I. We stayed in a gorgeous room & spent all our time in a room with luggage spewing all our clothes, looking on our knees on the floor in the stacks of clothes. Why is there no place to put your clothes?? Sweaters, socks, underwear, T-shirts Bathing suits, etc.. A huge mess our entire stay. This makes NO sense. We were NOT happy!!!!"

"A business trip, so didn’t actually as much time in the hotel as I’d have liked in order to explore it. But the breakfast experience and interactions with the staff were all really good. Very comfortable room, surprised there were no USB sockets - but that tiny detail aside - very happy. The parking option is ideal. Located right next to a multi-level car park, once you register your car at check-in, the access to come and go is automatic, no faffing around and there’s access from the car park...
