"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"I booked short notice so I guess it wasn’t a surprise to show up and the place was a mess. It hadn’t been cleaned. Had to complain and a cleaner was send just over an hour after check in. Disappointing to find that. The check in instructions were unclear. Was not able to enter the main door as buttons weren’t where I was told they’d be. Not worth the money. Expensive for what it is. "

"Fabrizio is a great host and has a lovely apartment within easy, and safe, walking distance of the Metro. There's a couple of handy supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment has everything that you need to have a comfortable stay. As others have mentioned, there is a train line behind the apartment, and a dog park in front, but really neither bothered us during our stay."

"My first time in a digitalised/hybrid aparthotel. Its neat and very nice but i wish curtain control and ac works. It was hot in my room and has to open the patio doors.
