"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"The apartment we stayed in was right in the middle of corso garabaldi, a street filled with a great mix of shops and restaurants. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the actual apartment was lovely. There were two air conditioning units which meant that you could have airflow in the bedroom as well as the living area. Definitely don't leave the windows open, Milan is rife with mosquitoes! Very easy walk to either metro station or to bus, tram and trains. Stay was very comfortable."
