"We chose this for an FSU football weekend. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7, was very clean, and had a great outdoor area with a firepit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. The house next door could use some work, but the neighbor was very friendly. We missed having a dishwasher, but would stay here again."

"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."
