"Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Places to eat and market at walking distance. Minor things to get fixed but it was communicated prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, by mistake we missed to follow the instructions for linen and put them in the washer, but the landlord was very helpful and understanding. We totally recommend this place. "Stayed here during a family funeral. It was a great location to get to all different locations around town. The lake is very pretty and lovely to walk around (.6 miles). I had never seen a Muscovy duck before and it was fun to sit on the benches and watch them. Black dog coffee is about a quarter mile from the house and serves excellent brew. Would stay here again but I hope I don't have to."

The owner put in effort to make the rental space nice. I entered the apartment and went straight to my rented room only."

Very quiet but conveniently located 10 minutes from Publix and 15 minutes from Whole Foods. Large shower with great water pressure. Will definitely visit again."
