"We had a fabulous time here. The property is excellent, check in a breeze, location idyllic and hosts fantastic.We really had a great relaxing time. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the slow cooker which I wasn't expecting them to have. A great stock of board games too. It is truly a home away from home. Hot tub was brilliant, my daughter loved it. We will definitely be back but for longer. "

"We spent a family Christmas of 14 including children and dogs at Pentrehobyn Hall this year, can’t find a single fault with the whole stay.The wow factor 11/10.The facilities 10/10, there was even a variety of cooking spices in the kitchen, tea & coffee etc. Totally home from home.Bedrooms 10/10, spotless- lovely crisp white bed linen, comfy beds, gorgeous fluffy towels and designer toiletries in the bathrooms. "The property was a great base for a short stay in Chester for a family of 5. We were no more than 15 minutes from some of the notable local attractions and amenities. The house itself suited our needs and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house and rooms were of ample size to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children (all under 13)."

"Absolutely fantastic place , couldn’t fault it if I wanted to . Really peaceful and was great just to sit back and listen to the wildlife . We also went for a walk to the waterfall. I would recommend it to anyone. Jack , the host was also fantastic, he couldn’t do enough for us . Can’t wait to return . "

"We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!)."

"Absolutely brilliant, the house was amazing, lovely and clean had everything you would need no need to go out as all that be required ffor cooking etc is there. We had an issue wuth one of the bedroom doors but was resolved for us to be ble to use that same ecening. "Fantastic location next to the canal enjoyed watching boats going past. Nice walks around and other places nearby. Only thing wrong with the discrimination of the property is it says it has a hot tub but it has a bath inside the house and no hot tub outside. We still enjoyed our visit "

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"Great base for exploring North Wales and Chester. Loved the kitchen area. The huge table was excellent for playing games around. Kitchen had everything we needed for 14 of us. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. Would have liked an additional towel per room. Some of the TVs didn't work but we didn't use them so it didn't make a difference to us. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but still managed to get a decent sleep. Extra pillows would have been nice too. Excellent communication...
