"At first I was hesitant about booking to stay at Nant Ddu lodge hotel due to some of the reviews I have read. However upon arrival I was extremely impressed with this hotel, the staff on the reception were super helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom was beautiful, lovely and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great, great selection of cold foods as well as hot. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a 5 minute drive from Pen Y Fan and very local to the four waterfall walk which was awesome. The spa was lovely, pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi was most enjoyable and very clean. Overall super impressed with our 3 night stay and will definitely be returning. "

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, we had a dog friendly room, which was really large with a patio area outside. Beds are super comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were especially helpful and friendly."

"Quick check in, the room was dated but clean and a lovely bathroom. I don’t think it’s right to be charged separately for overnight parking."

"The priory is a 12th century building, it has a beautiful architectural style with character and charm, set in a beautiful grounds within a short walk of the ancient Roman amphitheatre, and the Roman legion museum which are free to visit. As for the staff, they make it, friendly, helpful, a warm cheeky charm and a welcoming demeanour. We loved our 3 night stay. "
