"This was a great vacation. The layout of the cabin was very spacious. The outdoor HOT shower was a great addition for after a swim in the cold lake. Lots of great outdoor activities in the area. We will absolutely bookmark this listing for possible future stays. My only recommendation if you go is toarrive during the day as it was a little difficult to locate in the dark. locate "

"This home was a wonderful stay for an extended family vacation. The home was spacious and well stocked. The outside area was wonderful. Our only negative feedback was regarding the lake, this is more of a fishing lake than a water sports lake in our opinion, and our boat was too large for this lake. Not the fault of the owners and we were able to enjoy their pontoon for the week which was very nice! However we would not bring our boat back to this location. Otherwise the stay was perfect!"

"Its off in the woods. Beds and linens were super comfy. Floors were updated. Kitchen was very old school but it didn't bother us. Owner is amazing. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Adorable little house in a nice neighborhood. Close to downtown Negaunee with all of it's cute shops and restaurants. It is also close to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail which we spent our days riding bike on. We really appreciated that the property was dog friendly. Our hosts even had a basket of dog toys there for the pups entertainment!"

"Cabin 5 is the one to choose. It is more private than the others. The privacy fence is a gift, and the back/hot tub view is picturesque. The AC was helpful on the sticky, hot, and humid days and even when it rained. Some of the amenities weren't as described. The lake is not a great kid swimming lake. It was hard to get to the water, and the dock didn't have a ladder, but my kids figured it out and swam like fish. They also caught fish. "We loved everything about this home and the surrounding property. As others have mentioned - it's a good 30 minutes to any neighboring towns, so we made sure plan our meals ahead and brought groceries with us. The house is lovely, spacious and was perfect for our 3 generations and two dogs. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed seeing the deer cross the lawn, beautiful sunrises across the basin and the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating options! We hope to be back again some time!"

"Great location for ice fishing and snowmobile riding. Up North Lodge restaurant/bar is only minutes away with a great menu selection.We rented two cabins which were perfect for our party of 8. Kitchens are a bit small, but have everything you need for cooking meals. Host was great to work with."
