"Old thorns is a lovely hotel and the rooms are very nice. My only complaint is that the swimming pool and spa area needs to have some attention - I visit in May 23 and then again in January 24 and the hot beds were out of order both times and the hot tub was not working - my daughter and I used the foot spa bit the water was only running cold, this was disappointing as this is a spa hotel and I expected more. "Great hotel, and great staff. Rooms are clean, but they do need a hook in the bathroom for the towel when you come out the shower. Only minor, but it would be good. :) "
