We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. "My daughter and I came to Nice for her senior spring break, it was our first time to Europe. We were very happy with the location of this apartment, close to everything. It was beautiful, exactly as shown in photos! It was a short walk to the tram and bus stations, and we walked the little streets of Old Town Nice every night. Close to the market, so many delicious restaurants and bars… we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience! "

"Spacious, clean city apartment with everything needed for a break on the Côte d’Azur. Apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. It is 50 metres from the beach and restaurants. Apartment has an underground lock up garage so we were able to leave the car there and travel up and down the coast by rail. The station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Alex, the host, was super responsive. Would most certainly stay again if in the area."
