"What an incredible place to stay. The view doesn’t get any better than this. It was a little slice of heaven relaxing by the pool and staring at the sea. This place is a short drive to old Nice and the beaches, providing a place to rest after playing all day. We can’t say enough good stuff about Rose. She’s friendly, generous, and very helpful. She met us as we arrived and made sure we were settled in properly. She was always available to answer questions and even brought us mini croissants...

"Logement très agréable, propre, confortable, très bien équipé (climatisation, serviettes de plage, parasol sur la terrasse, cafetière, barbecue électrique, grande télévision, raquettes de tennis, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux ...), proche des commerces (producteurs locaux de fruits et légumes "Paysans de nos collines", auchan, leclerc). Il y a deux belles terrasses confortables et une très grande piscine qui ferme tard (21h30). Steven nous a super bien accueilli....

"Villa was lovely, plenty of space and Eric was very accommodating and friendly., The abuse of the mountains was spectacular and the pool a bonus. The road is very windy going uo and you definitely , need a car. Just one small one thing, a better light outside for evening dining would be good. Otherwise a fantastic stay."

"This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. "We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. We also learnt how to master one-pot meals as just a single hotplate but that was not a problem. Nice little outdoor seating area screened from the main house by plants etc. The swimming pool...

"The apartment is well-decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is plenty of space inside and out. The two patio areas are great for relaxing and the outdoor kitchen area is ideal for eating when the weather is very hot. The pool is beautiful and so is the view. Eric and Nancy are extremely hospitable and, while they are available to deal with any questions, they are extremely discreet and it often felt that we had the place completely to ourselves. "Clean and tidy.Staff very helpful. Location is good with just a ten minute walk too Casino Square. 20 minute walk from Monaco train station. Excellent shopping, cafes and restaurants nearby."
