"The front desk staff was super nice. The hotel was clean and I especially loved the size of the room and that there was no yucky carpet. I traveled with my dog and they made sure to put a special tag on my door so housekeeping would know to do whatever additional cleaning they do when pets have been in the room. BONUS! The location was close to the highway and only a very short and easy drive to shopping and restaurants. This will be the only place I stay when I travel to Fayetteville."

"The room appeared to not be cleaned and there was wash cloths left from the prcious customer that they apparently forgot to get and i dont like the fact that i paid for the hotel room a week in advance and was charged a 50 dollar holding fee? For what? And when do i get that money back because the lady told me after check out that my deposit would be returned to my credit card but they didnt say how long and no one told me about this deposit before i booked the room. Excellent customer service as far as coming to reserve a room but the rooms need some elbow grease and clean linen on the beds."
