The wonderful lady who checked me in was so friendly and such a pleasure to speak with. She obviously enjoys be job and is a great representative of the hotel. The fresh- baked cookies were another bonus. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they still provide microwaves in the rooms. Will definitely be staying there again when I return to work in the Sanford area
