"My 94 year old father and I stayed here on a visit to my son, who lives in Apex. We needed a ranch with few steps, and this property worked out beautifully. Everything was clean, well maintained and updated. And the carport provided protection from rain during entry into the house. There is a nice deck and a yard off the kitchen which is very nice. Of note: While it did not impact us at all, there is a large construction site next door to the house. "
