From the attention to detail and thoughtful additions to the comforting amenities, (there were a variety of seasonings and ice in the frig!), that were provided, I would definitely stay here again. Everything was the way I would have it at my own home. Heather was very responsive and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience. One suggestion is to alert the guests to read the 'manual' on the table. I felt bad that we didn't put the trash...

"We were in the Raleigh area for our grandson’s wedding at The Maxwell. It was only seven minutes away from the home which was perfect. The house was well appointed and in a good neighborhood. I especially appreciated the full length mirror in the master bedroom as we were dressing for a formal occasion. Should we be in the Raleigh area we would definitely stay here again."

"The Urban Chicken Farmhouse is a lovely property decorated in a warm & inviting style. The large couch in the downstairs common area is beyond comfortable as was the bed in the master bedroom. The host provided a variety of k-cups for morning coffee enjoyed by all & the deck with large fenced in backyard was picturesque & a perfect place for savoring it each morning. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood & centrally located, the purpose of our visit was enhanced by our stay here. We loved it!"
