"This is always our home away from home when we go to Kauai. We have been there several times over the last few years. We love the two bedroom two bath on the ground floor. It is a nice layout and very spacious. Parking is included and very convenient. The hotel is in a great location. Close to the city and also the airport. We will be back!"

"Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. "The property owner/manager has done any communication, checkin was very difficult since no one could get in touch with property manager. Incorrect room position, we booked ocean front and it was given other side with no view. We have to clean our own trash, really after paying more money than regular hotel.
